By registering yourself, you represent that:

• You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.

• You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

MEMBERSHIP

Mode: By registering your Profile through our site or by remittance of fees, you become a Member of Vishwakarmamarriages.com.

Membership is not automatic: Right of admission vests with Vishwakarmamarriages.com. You become a Member upon due acceptance by Vishwakarmamarriages.com, of the Profile/Payment.

Online Conduct: You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through Vishwakarmamarriages.com's Services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene or sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights; no such content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of Vishwakarmamarriages.com's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use your Membership either online or offline as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

Your membership will be automatically suspended if you send a "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message to other members.

We reserve the right to modify your profile, if we find any prohibitive or objectionable content, or in case the contact details are entered in fields apart from where relevant like Phone, E-mail, Address fields etc. . Vishwakarmamarriages.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith.

REFUND OF FEE

MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances if you choose to terminate the membership for any reason. If  Vishwakarmamarriages.com terminates your membership, you will be entitled to the prorated value of your remaining membership period.

A Standard paid membership will allow you to contact opposite gender profiles in the domain in which you have registered the profile. A Premium membership will allow you to contact the opposite gender profiles in all the domains. [Please refer Annexure.]

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Intellectual Property Rights: All rights [proprietary or otherwise, as the case may be] including copy rights and trademarks in respect of the services, content, information and data available on the non-public domain of the Vishwakarmamarriages.com. You are not authorized to alter, modify, delete, copy, reproduce, sell or transmit any part thereof in any manner whatsoever.

Confidentiality: Vishwakarmamarriages.com will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by Members. However, Vishwakarmamarriages.com may divulge such information as may be required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability:

• As to the Services: Vishwakarmamarriages.com provides the Services on an “as is” basis and does not warrant in any way with respect to the merchantability, suitability or adaptability of the services.

• As to opinion, offers and advise: All opinions, offers, advises, statements, predictions made available through Vishwakarmamarriages.com's websites are those of the respective authors and Vishwakarmamarriages.com shall not be deemed to subscribe to or deny them in any manner.

• As to extraneous contents: Vishwakarmamarriages.com hereby alerts and warns its Members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of contents by any person including Members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. Termination of Membership: The Membership may be terminated by either of us by serving a written notice on the other. BM reserves the right to terminate the Membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any Member in breach of any of the terms. In no case the Membership fees shall be refundable. These terms and conditions will survive the Membership.
